The first part of the video is on the native resolution while the second is on 16:9 (with on example of how the battlebacks and the parallax map looks ingame) Lastly, I'm adding a video with my issue, which I don't even know if it is something that only happen to me or other people can feel it as well. What should I do about it? Is there any fix to the screen distortion when I'm moving my character up-down-left-right with the native resolution? Is there any way to use parallax mapping when I'm using something like 1280x720 (or any other kind of 16:9 really, I'm not dead set on this exact version of 16:9) Maybe a Plugin to zoom out the maps can be another solution as well, but I don't know how a zoom out map is going to interact with parallax mapping as well. Is just that I can't use the native 816:624 resolution because it produce me disconfort.

So, I'm out of ideas of what to do or how to proceed, I'm not really dead set on using a 16:9, I just feel like it is better looking than 4:3 for videogames most of the time. I learned recently about Parallax mapping watching youtube tutorials and I can't stress how motivated I am to work on my maps with this methodology, however, now that I changed my resolution, my parallax map just doesn't work, it kind of repeat the images at the border of the map, same happened with the battlebacks and in the case of the title, is just small for the new resolution I'm using. Sorry if it was a long explanation, but here is my issue. I can't do this with a resolution of 816:624 because a smaller map makes focusing only on your characters almost impossible, as almost everything on the screen is on focus.

And when I mean with "fixed" the issue is that the problem is still there, however, by having a larger visible map and with the nature of MV software that make the characters almost always to be at the center of the screen, you can focus your eyes to see your characters and the borders get kind of ignored. I found a "solution" which was using the plugin "Community_Basic" to change the screenWidth and the screenHeight to 1280x720, to give it a more 16:9 kind of look. (Here is video that explain these tecnics in case someone doesn't know what I am talking about)

I can describe it somewhat similar to when you watch a movie and there is an scene were the camera either tilt or pan there is some sort of disconfort with the background of the imaged filmed. In the native resolution ( 816:624) everytime my character move up or down, there is some kind of screen tearing, visual noise, a distortion (I don't know what it is so I don't really have an english word to describe the effect) but what can I say is that some sort of disconfort when my character is running or even walking, the borders of the screen kind of flick or something like that, it is really annoying. I've having a blast with MV, improving little by little, but I noticed something while testing my game. Because I know the title of my question doesn't make a lot of sense right now. Hello everyone, I don't really know how to express this problem in english, but I'll try to do my best to be precise about it.
